Due to the risk of COVID-19, also known as Coronavirus, we encourage all patients who are sick, or experiencing symptoms such as fever, trouble breathing or coughing to call and reschedule your appointment at 303-242-8089. During this time we will be adhering to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Education guidelines to help keep you safe and ask all patients before booking their appointment to please complete the COVID-19 pre-visit screening survey.
